These Terms of Service govern your use of qa::checklist. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The Service

qa::checklist helps users create QA projects, organize modules, track checklist items, record statuses and comments, and export checklist data.

The service and its QA guides are provided for informational and workflow purposes. They do not guarantee that a product, release, audit, or system is complete, compliant, secure, or free of defects.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of the checklist content you create in the service.

You give us permission to host, store, process, display, and export your content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you add to the service and for making sure you have the right to use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service for abusive, harmful, or illegal activity.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available.

You are responsible for reviewing exported reports and using your own judgment before relying on checklist results.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for the service, other users, or us.
